RJC RESPONSIBLE POLICY
Mega Jewels Pvt. Ltd. Jaipur has drafted and adopts this policy in order to document its commitment to use responsible practices, requiring the support of its employees and all the subjects that revolve around the company’s activities.
The management of Mega Jewels Pvt. Ltd. has appointed a contact person in order to monitor and record potentially significant problems as soon as they occur, checking that the policy is reflected in the strategies and operating procedures necessary to integrate it into all the company’s activities. The intentions of Mega Jewels Pvt. Ltd. are to apply the COP RJC 2019 for both the internal and external context. This document is communicated to stakeholders and made available externally through publication on the company website www.meghajewels.com and internally by posting on the company notice board with the aim of informing all interested parties about our commitment. As a Certified Member Mega Jewels Pvt. Ltd. undertakes to carry out the activity in accordance with the RJC Code of Procedure, integrating ethical considerations relating to human, social and environmental rights in our daily activities, in corporate planning and in decision-making processes. Therefore, for the foregoing, Mega Jewels Pvt. Ltd. undertakes to:
- To respect the national and international regulations;
- Review this policy when reviewing the system and evaluating company performance;
- Establish measurable social responsibility objectives;
- Communicate these objectives and the results obtained internally and externally to theidentified stakeholders;
- Adopt the Code of Procedure issued by the Responsible Jewellery Council and its subsequentupdates or modifications, undertaking to apply the responsible business practices contained inthe Code of Procedure.
- Respect the principles and intentions stated in this document;
- Raise awareness and try to develop the skills of their collaborators with the aim of helping themto integrate programmatic policy into their work and procedures.
The corporate objectives will be monitored, at least once a year, through a review of the RJC 2019 management system with senior managers and / or middle managers to identify potential gaps between the planning policy and the actual company practices, and the minutes of the meeting.
