GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM
The purpose of the Grievance Redressal mechanism is to provide a structured way for
stakeholders to voice their grievances, concerns, queries, and issues related with our
supply chain policy, anti-money laundering policy, anti-bribery policy, human right policy &
all other policies related with our RJC COP 2019 certification implementation. We can here
refer to as ‘complaint procedures,’ ‘redress systems,’ or ‘accountability mechanisms.’
If anybody or any person who is facing adverse impacts from specific business activities
and operations. They can raise their concern through in writing a mail, can call to our
compliance officer or can personally visit our office.
We Provide a predictable, transparent, and credible process to all parties for resolving
grievances, resulting in outcomes that are seen as fair, effective, and lasting.
